CRNZ Ant Weight Combat Robot Kit
Description
The CRNZ Antweight (150g, USA Fairyweight) Kit is a complete starter kit which is based around quality parts, and easily buildable by beginners. The kit is designed around an open source printable chassis, which is extensible and modular, allowing customization and upgrade options. The kit is sold as a Core Kit which is the basic brains, power, and forms the basis for a simple pushbot or wedge. Additional modules are sold which allow you to upgrade the core with weapons, armor, or other upgrades. The complete kits with all motors and parts are being sold by Combat Robotics NZ on our website at https://combatrobotics.co.nz/products/crnz-ant-weight-starter-kit We also have full build instructions which will continue to be updated available at: https://combatrobotics.co.nz/pages/crnz-antweight-kit Currently wedge module, and blank module template are included, with work happening now on an eggbeater module, and lifter, as well as plans for flipper, horizontal spinner, and vert modules as well. The bot is intended to be affordable, and reasonably competitive, while being easy to maintain and upgrade over time. Everything about the design is open source, including the electronics which are all provided by cb-technology and are available on github (but also sold via our store, and as part of the kit) We strongly encourage the community to design addons or upgrades, to encourage more people to get into this great hobby/sport!
