Deeper Pulley for Artillery Sidewinder X2 Side Spool System
Description
I had an issue with the original side spool system's pulley... larger retractions or print head movements would sometimes cause the filament to pop off of the pulley and get jammed on the filament sensor. I modified it to have 9mm sides to keep the filament in place. It needs a thicker spacer instead of the original washer, which I've included as a separate STL. In order to print this without a ton of supports I split the top piece from the main body... print them separately and epoxy together after. I printed mine out of PETG with 25% infill and 3 perimeters.
