Snapmaker Power Sypply Fan (Noice reduction)
Description
This construction can significantly reduce the noise of the power supply. Required additional components are: DC converter XL4015 and a 120mm PC fan. 120mm fan is connected instead of the large 60mm original fan (see pictures) Experimentally determined settings for the fan are 8V voltage and 0.225A current. The fan rotates slowly, but the amount of air is sufficient to cool the power supply. Fan only starts after the power supply has fully switched on. So don't panic if the fan doesn't start immediately. That is normal Please do not install some original components, otherwise the air flow will be hindered (see pictures). I am not responsible for any damage to your Snapmaker. Everything you do is at your own risk.
