Corner t-joint for square poles

Corner t-joint for square poles

Description

Simple, Fully Parameterized, Easy To Configure Corner T-Joint For Square Poles. Simply Specify Width And Depth Of The Poles And The Screw Hole Diameter. You Can Specify The Thickness Of The Walls Too. With Tear=True/False And Countersunk=True/False It Is Possible To Specify The Type And Shape Of The Screw Holes. It Is Also Possible To Specify Two Angles (Alpha And Beta), Which Control The Angles Of The Screw Holes (Only Makes A Difference When You Choose The Teardrop Shape Of The Screw Holes). For Printability It Is Recommended To Leave The Alpha Angle Untouched. There Is A Detail Setting, Which Only Affects The Screw Holes. If You Choose Detail=6 And Countersunk=False, You Get A Nut Like Shape Of The Screw Holes, Although With Tear=True In Addition, It'S A Little Fuzzy At The Top (See The Last .Stl-File). But It Should Nevertheless Work That Way. I Made This With Openscad, So It Is Recommended To Use Openscad For Configuration. This Is My Second Design And I Have Not Printed It Yet (I Don'T Have A 3D-Printer At Hand), So I Haven'T Tested The Pole Mount Yet!
