8020 1" Based Linear Bearing Big Kudos To Solidus Labs As I Stumbled Onto A Delta Design With This Concept In It. He Was Working With Different Extrusion Than This Though. I Plan To Also Do On Based Around The Misumi 1515 As My Soon To Be Finished Delta Has This Extrusions. This Is Still On Going And Will Need A Bridge Between The Two Extrusions Used For The Bearing. The Bridge Can Then Be Mounted To Your Gantry, Delta Arms Ect.... I Will Post A Generic Bridge As Soon As I Get To Can. This Is Based Around Using 5/16 Or 8Mm Ball Bearings. I Want To Try And Would Suggest Using 8Mm Air Soft Bbs Also The Extrusion Length Shown Is 4.075" Should Produce Little Noise Or Binding. As A Final Word I Don'T Not Have A Printer Available Yet As I Can Not Test Them Out And Would Appreciate Any Feed Back I Could Get....I Also Wouldn'T Turn Down An Offer To Print Me A Set To Test On My Machine :D. ** Update ** The Latest File Added Is A Bare Minimum I Think That Will Be Needed As Far As Material Is Concerned. I Have It Modeled As A Pair. I Drew This Up More For Use At Shape Ways So I Can Order A Set And Hopefully Get My Machine Running.
