Jeep JK door inserts bender jig
Description
This is a 2 part jig designed to bend my Jeep JK handle insert model. I recommend printing at high density and clamping to a flat piece of metal (I used the flat metal shaft of another clamp and sandwiched the insert between the jigs with spring clamps), then heating to 145 degrees Fahrenheit (I used a toaster over). This will bend the door insert so it resides in the well of the door handle. First attempt was with the bottom arc only but the clamps deformed the insert
