LC Duplex coupler to D style adapter

I created this adapter to be able to panel mount duplex LC optical fiber couplers. The spring loaded clip clips into the adapter from behind. To remove coupler, use a small screw driver to push in on the latches. For front mounting, there is a flush version, shown on the pictures, and if rear mounting, i made a version where the flange is pushed back 1,5mm. With the flush version, print it facing down, and you should not need support. With the rear mount version I think its better to print in the flange up position, using support. If printing with support, make sure to pick out the support from the side holes, otherwise you will not be able to get the coupler out without damaging the adapter. Ask me how I know... The flush mount version is tested with the Neutrik SCDX Hinged cover. The coupler fits inside the cover also when the dust protector plugs are in the coupler.
