CNC 3018 Pro Tool-Station

Description

I had buyed a new Z-Axis and a my new 300W Spindel, to modding my CNC 3018 Pro. 15 pieces ER11 collets with different sizes. Now where to put it ? Throw away or store somewhere and not find them anymore, was out of the question for me. The Thing CNC 3018 tools organizer" from jcprafael was already the right idea, but for my tools it was still the thing, for me, too limited. The thing "CNC 3018 Pro Tool-Station" consists of 2 components, the first thing takes the basic materials like 15 pcs ER11 clamps, 2 pcs open-end wrenches and 4 pcs fixing clamps incl. screws. The 2nd thing takes different drills, milling cutters. The arrangement of the tool holders allows a definition of an order, since in a milling project often different tools are used depending on whether one is layering or finishing. Since I use not only different tools but also materials, I have designed the 2nd thing as an interchangeable object. So I have the possibility of repeating several different milling projects always have the right tool composition ready. Das Thing CNC 3018 tools organizer" von jcprafael war schon die richtige Idee, jedoch für meine Werkzeuge war es noch die Sache,für mich, zu eingeschränkt. Das Ding "CNC 3018 Pro Tool-Station" besteht aus 2 Komponenten, das erste Ding nimmt die grundsätzliche Materialien auf wie 15 stück ER11 Spannklemmen, 2 Stück Gabelschlüssel und 4 stück Fixier-Klemmen incl. Schrauben. Das 2te Ding nimmt unterschiedliche Bohrer, Fräser auf. Die Anordnung der Werkzeug-Aufnahmen erlaubt eine Festlegung einer Reihenfolge da bei einem Fräsprojekt häufig unterschiedliche Werkzeuge zum Einsatz kommen je nach dem ob man schichtet oder schlichtet. Da ich nicht nur unterschiedliche Werkzeuge sondern auch Materialien verwende, habe ich das 2te. ding als Auswechselbares Objekt designt. So habe ich die Möglichkeit bei Wiederholung von mehreren unterschiedlichen Fräs-projekte immer die Passende Werkzeugzusammenstellung parat zu haben Stand 23.09.2023 Currently, everything is still half the design of the DING is not yet ready. Da die 3D-Objekte als auch STEP-Datei vorliegen dürfte es kein problem geben, bei Bedarf auch Ändergungen mit dem eigenen CAD-Program vornehmen zu können.
