Simple Rear Light/Reflector Adapter for 80 and 50mm Bolt Distance to Vertical Holes Carrier Racks
Description

Simple Rear Light/Reflector Adapter for 80 and 50mm Bolt Distance Lights to Vertical Holes Carrier Racks

There are two main standards of bicycle carrier rack rear light mounting points using either 50mm or 80mm bolt distance, then there's the third one with two vertical holes of 19mm bolt distance and M6 screw or bolt holes. If you have a carrier rack with the two vertical holes and you may have bought a rear light or reflector for horizontal holes rack, here's an adapter for converting vertical holes rack for either horizontal hole standard. I made two different designs to help adjusting the vertical position of the rear light/reflector, vertically symmetrical and asymmetrical, the latter is of course is ambivalent weather you want/need to set your light in higher or lower position. To assemble you need two M6x16mm (or any applicable length) hex bolts for the adaptation holes. Hope you figure out the use yourself, its pretty straight forward after all. Note: the structure or construction of your carrier rack may affect the suitability of the adapters for use, this is just a simple solution that hopefully will work in most cases.
