Outdoor glass tube thermometer arm - replacement part

The arm of a holder/bracket of an outdoor thermometer enclosed in glass tube. Customizable. I wanted to take the thermometer of my window before I start to clean it. The original holder plastic just broke – it turned out that the plastic degraded, became brittle and even crumbles when scratched with fingernail. Who the hell manufactures outdoor thermometer parts out of non-weather/uv resistant plastic? So now my thermometer has a replacement arm of the holder made of ASA. I hope it lasts… The uploaded model fits a mount on the window that accepts 2.75mm × 15mm strip with a hole in the middle to secure it, stands off 22mm from it, and fits a 26mm glass tube in it. The arm starts 3mm down from the glass tube. All these parameters are customizable in the attached .scad file.
