Magnetic Battletech Hex Bases with Rubble Textured Top
Description
These same basic hex bases as my original post, but now with a 3D textured top surface. No need for crackle paint or gluing on sand etc. Just paint, wash & drybrush for an easy tabletop ready base. The bases are designed to be the same basic shape and size as the CGL bases and all of them come with sockets in the bottom to hold a pair of 3x2 mm round magnets. The wolverine & griffin in the pics are the CGL models with original bases (with sand etc added for texture). I have created 2 different collections, one with smooth sides just like the CGL ones and also one with 3D hazard stripes on 1 side to make facing during a game much more obvious. Each collection contains 27 bases - 9 each of the standard base, hovercraft base and my flying unit base that's compatible with clear antennas for stands. Note: * Due to the number of bases in the collection, there is no pre-supported files, as the file is already nearly 60mb. * The first 2 pics show bases with hazard stripes to show the texture on the bases. if you want hazard stripes, see my other collection.
