Hi, This thing is an plate adapter to use the Lidl Crivit bike workstand as a big scale RC Stand. What you need ? - A M6 Screw with a bolt - A wood plate. Up to you to cut it to the desired dimension. I use a 10mm mdf plate cut to 250x200 mm and covered by a piece of yoga mat glued with double-sided tape. - 4 screws to bolt the plate to adapter, the adapter is made for M6 countersunk head screws. Before feting the adapter, you need to remove the upper arm supporting usually the bike frame. I use it with an Axial SCX6 and an Arrma kraton 8S and fit perfectly.
