Zahnbürstenstation für elektrische Zahnbürsten (Oral B)

Description

You're probably familiar with the issues related to electric toothbrushes. Either you leave the toothbrush head on, and the toothbrush quickly becomes dirty and calcified, or you dry it separately in tiny glasses, and it sits in its water. It doesn't have to be that way. My initial idea was to 3D print a holder for the toothbrush heads of my electric toothbrush, where they can dry, and the water can drain away. This evolved into a complete station with an integrated charging dock and space for toothpaste, and more. The holders for the brush heads also feature drainage to prevent standing water. The toothbrush station comes in various versions for singles, couples, and small families. I do this as a hobby and would be happy to upload additional variations upon request or add features when I find the time. However, this can only be done with specific measurements. I printed the station using an Anycubic Vyper with a layer thickness of 0.16 mm and a fill density of 10% (approximately 13 hours for the largest model and about 8 hours for the smallest model). I recommend using a tree support structure for the indentation where the charging dock goes. The 0.16 mm layer thickness is ideal for a smooth appearance in the bathroom, but coarser layers can be used to save printing time. I'm always happy to receive feedback, and see some Makes! Entweder man lässt den Zahnbürstenkopf drauf und die Zahnbürste sieht schnell versifft und verkalkt aus oder man trocknet sie separat in winzigen Gläsern und sie stehen in ihrem Wasser. Muss alles nicht sein. Meine ursprünglicher Gedanke war eine Halterung für die Zahnbürstenköpfe meiner elektrischen Zahnbürste zu drucken, wo sie trocknen können und das Wasser abfließen kann. Daraus hat sich eine ganze Station entwickelt mit integrierter Ladestation und Platz für Zahnpasta, etc. Die Halterungen für die Bürstenköpfe haben außerdem einen Abfluss nach unten, damit kein Wasser steht. Die Zahnbürstenstation ist in verschiedenen Ausführungen für Singles, Paare und kleinere Familien. Ich mach das ganze Hobby mäßig und kann auch gerne auf Anfrage weitere Varianten hochladen, oder um Funktionen ergänzen, sobald ich die Zeit finde. Allerdings auch nur unter der Angabe von Maßen. Gedruckt habe ich die Station mit einem Anycubic Vyper mit einer Schichtdicke von 0.16 mm und einer Füllung von 10 % (Dauer ca. 13h für das größte Modell, ca. 8h für das kleinste Modell). Eine Baumstützstruktur bei der Aussparung für die Ladestation ist empfohlen. Die Schichtdicke ist perfekt um ein glattes Aussehen im Badezimmer zu haben, kann natürlich aber auch gröber sein, um sich Druckzeit zu sparen.
