The Surefire Battery and Charger Case

The Surefire Battery and Charger Case is a remix of zx82net’s Waterproof Box v2 zx82net’s design looked pretty awesome so when I set out to make a battery holder for Surefires LiFePO batteries it seemed like a great place to start. zx82net was also generous enough to give out the Fusion360 file so we could remix his design. (Thank you!) I printed the design using Flashfogre flexible PLA for the orange parts and Prusament for the black case parts. It doesn’t really need to have flexible components but hey that’s how I made it. The flexible parts can be glued down to keep them in place. Bugs- the closing clips protrude down past the bottom of the case. I will have to rework them so the design is more bag friendly. For now though it works. Included are only the changed files. You will need to download the Top, Seal, Hinge, Latch Arm, and Latch Cam from zx82net’s design here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4838803 In the spirit of zx82net’s generosity I have also included the Fusion360 file. Though be aware I am not an elegant user of Fusion. It works but might be done the long way in many areas. Sorry but I do this in the very little spare time that I have.
