Tested with 4mm plywood. Lightburn cut settings: Speed: 480 mm/min at 100% constant laser power Worked for me using three passes, four to be sure. Apply wood glue to seven of the eight pieces (no glue for the frontpiece needed) and glue them together, the guide rails at the top and bottom should help it fit properly. after the glue is completely dry, carefully finish drilling the two holes. can be attached anywhere with two screws or a suitable piece of double-sided tape.
