Slim Magic the Gathering Deck Box with Hinge

Slim Magic the Gathering Deck Box with Hinge

Description

This Deck box fits 60 soft sleeved cards pretty snugly. Inner dimensions are: width 69(nice)mm, height 96(ecin)mm and depth 28mm. This fits Ultra Pro soft sleeves very well and gives it just a little bit of space to not get squeezed. If going for the standard version, there is not much to pay attention to. I would recommend going for normal support on the lid for defined pins on the hinge. For the models with nametag and colors you have to print the desired colorchips and nametag upfront. I printed my chips and nametags with filament change to get some nice multicolored deck boxes. You can of course combine the standard body with the colorchip lids and vice versa. To get the chips and nametag into the deck box you have to pause at the appropriate layer and put them in. I recommend turning down your fans for the first layer after putting them in to not blow them out (happend to me once lol). I also recommend normal (not tree) support for the pins on the hinge of the lid to get them as defined as possible. If going for the colorchip version you have to block support in the chip area. I put the nametag file as a f3d for fusion 360 as you have to change the name obviously. I used the font Copperplate Gothic Bold. You might have to install it if you want to use the same. After first assembly you have to open and close it a couple times to kinda break the hinge in. After that it should be pretty smooth. I printed these on the Elegoo Neptune 4 with Elegoo PLA+ filament and with the following settings: 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer height, 0.25mm initial layer, 0.4 line width, 3 perimeters, 100% infill
