ZOHD Dart XL Extreme Enhanced motor mount (non-glued)

WARNING: Check your tail end for compatibility, this is only for the DART XL EXTREME ENHANCED!!! Give us some love on youtube.com/@locarshobbies So, i broke my wooden motor mount on the DART XL EXTREME ENHANCED (This is important) and i tried to find a motor mount for it. Unfortunately all i could find was the one for the DART XL EXTREME only, which has a different setup in the motor area. ANyway, i took the time with my calipers and drew a custom one. Additionally, i didn't want to glue the thing just in case i did something silly and broke it again, so, i decided to have it mounted using m3 screws This takes up to 6 screws, with a mounting plate on the outside to ensure that the pressure is even on the foam. Am going to fly it tomorrow, but it feels super solid, YMMV! Anyway, sharing as surely im not the only one who needs a motor mount for this model :) PRINT SUGGESTIONS >> Ive printed mine in PLA+ but you might want to use PETG or similar >> Lots of top/bottom and lots of walls, this is a motor mount afterall, so you want it to be STRONG >> Higher than usual temp, for good adhesion, again, you want strength! i did it on 225 on overture PLA+ MOUNTING >> Use M3 screws and a nut to secure >> will suit motors with a 19x16 mounting pattern, if i find a need, i might make different mounting patterns in the future >> Strengthen the foam with some good fabric tape or similar to keep your tail end strong!
