Spur Gear 32p 55t ECX 2wd

I designed this 3D printed upgrade that I call Spur Gear 32p 55t ECX 2wd this 3D printed upgrade that I designed back in 2017 at that time I did not have a 3D printer nor did I have the correct nylon filament to do this so now. once I had the 3D printer and the nylon filament that I need i decide to have this 3D printed out after that i went outside with my ECX circuit & went out for a test run as a result it worked out it did exactly it was supposed to do, I was well please with the results. as you see in the photos this 3D printed 32p spur gear.to fit in as a direct replacement for the stock spur gear that it came with the ECX RC vehicle. and yes you can use the Slipper Pads that is use in the ECX spur gear and install them as well. it could be kind of a tight fit otherwise I was successful. if you wish to download this file, you may do so after that set your perspective 3D printers accordingly you know the drill. and have it to be printed out. I command you to use nylon filament a very good one. and set the infill at 100%. ABS & Petg & Pla, from what I know from them thay will not work because they are not able to withstand the power of brush or brushless system with a 2s lipo battery. the design itself has nothing to do with it, the design is only half of it. the nylon filament is mandatory or this 3D printed spur gear will not work nor last very long. after you 3D printed out install it, and after that take your RC vehicle and take it out side and have fun so enjoy.
