I+T Beam Jigs for HDX Tote 102L / 45L Garage Ceiling Railing
Description
Constructing these I/T beams can be tricky as sometimes lumber is warped a little bit. These jigs can be used to ensure the beams are always in the right place as you construct them. Instructions for using this jig: 1. Fit the boards into the jig on on end 2. Slide the jig down about 8 inches 3. Drill the first pilot hole using a bit that is the length of the joining screws you have selected (smaller in diameter than the threads) 4. Install the first screw 5. Flip the boards over and repeat steps 3-4 6. Move the jig down 1 foot and repeat steps 3-5 7. Rinse repeat
