Kingroon KP5L Z sync belt system
Description
Kingroon KP5L is a cheap printer with an high potential, but lacks of some features. It's a large format printer with 300x300x330 printing area, it has dual Z rods and steppers but nothing to sync the 2 stepers. Here a belt tensioner for a dual Z sync belt system. This tensioner is for 800mm and 810mm closed loop belt. When I'll be able to try 760 or 782mm I'll add tensioner also for that belt length. It's possible to use the stock 432mm lead screws but there will be lot of gap on stepper coupler. Better to buy 450mm List of hardware: 2x T8 Lead 8mm 450mm lead screws, 2x pulley 20T GT2 bore 5mm for 6mm belt without theets, 1x pulley 20T GT2 bore 5mm for 6mm belt with theets, 2x pulley with flange for Lead screw 5mm bore 6mm belt. 1x closed loop belt GT2 6mm 800 or 810 mm perimeter. 2x M5 25mm dome head cap screw 3x M5 15mm dome head cap screw 5x M5 lock nuts There're also 2 half moon pieces to make rigid the coupling of the top block and bearing of the lead screws.
