7/8 screw hook install insert for 3/4 in or 19 mm socket
Description
I have about 120 7/8 in screw hooks to install for decorative lights and it is a huge pain getting them started square, even with a universal pin socket. I went shopping for a tool that would work better when it dawned on my that I have a 3D printer and I can make what I need. So, I'm sharing it with the world along with the SolidWorks file so you can make it fit your size and brand of hooks. The socket fit is tight so it stays in and I tweaked the slot so it just barely grabs my screw hooks with some friction so they don't fall out. There is a recess in the center to hold screw portion in the middle. Now I can install these on the ladder with one hand using my cordless screwdriver. Much safer and easier.
