Knurled M6 for self-locking nut

Based on Knurled knob M6 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4140454), I modified the file to be able to include a self-locking nut inside that is normally 0.8 mm higher There are two versions: 1) one closed on top 2)one with M8 through-hole
