Lincoln Navigator 2005/2006 Shifter button part
Description
This is a replacement for Lincoln Navigator 2005/2006 Shifter button part Ford part number: 5L7Z-7C488-AA 5L7Z7C488AA This contains only the internal part that is connected to the button. I have modeled it based on the fragments of the piece that got broken and from images online. here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1615902-2006-lincoln-navigator-shift-knob-button.html I was able to print it in PETG on my somewhat upgraded ender-3-pro as you need to change the bowden tube to one that will support printing at temp > 230 Celsius degrees. printed it with 0.12 layer hight laying on the side like the screenshot taken from cura The one that I was able to print and install for now is the version 4. but this version seem to have a small flaw that I think over time may cause the button to pop out. The little nodge that prevents it from poping out is working but it could be that it's too small and may erode over time. So I included in my files also version 5 which extends it by 1 millimeter.
