Low Poly Planter with Drainage (Vase Mode)
Description
I could not get the previous design to print in vase mode on Cura 5.1, Cura 5.5-beta, or Prusa Slicer 2.61. I think the bottom cylinder meant to cut the drainage hole is extruded in the wrong direction. This may have worked on an older version of Cura, but I could not reproduce the results. I pushed the cylinder up into the model and was able to slice it with Cura and Prusa slicer. Cura seems to attempt to recreate the cylinder more than Prusa. I was able to minimize the impact of the cylinder by printing with the following settings. Rescaled the model to make a 4" planter. Printed on an Artillery Sidewinder X2 using Elegoo Marble PLA.
