Titan / V6 / pancake stepper mount for wanhao duplicator i3, monoprice maker select, no loss of x axis area

Description

This whole build will cost you about 30$ total 5$V6, 6$Titan, 8$stepper, 5$ 2 30mm fans, a few screws and Polycarbonate. And it runs like a 300$ upgrade. this titan v6 mount, uses a 42-23 pancake stepper motor, enabld this build has almost no loss of x axis printing area, since this machine can use a 200mm-235mm bed, but it wont print on the whole size, it depends on the bed size, 210mm x 210 you will have no loss of printing area, I have 220x220 I lost about 4mm. but you make a gain on the other side that wasnt there before so no matter what size, you are good. Stock measurement is x home at 42mm Nozzle to left z tower. this build moves the x home to 45mm, see pic above, 3mm difference, so I am very, happy with that. my z axis max is at 150mm with this mod. so: 200x200x150mm. change esteps to 415 , then in mother board unscrew and swith middle two wires for stepper, then flip the whole plug 180 degrees and plug back in so so now it will turns clockwise. Tap the 45mm bearings flush with to the side the x stop will be on, , in pictures above , and you will have to fiddle with the x axis limit switch to get as close as you can , I left plenty of holes for that I use polymaker polymax pc 249C 105C 30mm/sec .4noz, .2 layers, you can mount the drag chain in same place, I didnt have it mounted in the pictures. I am really stoked on how great this thing is printing, just as good as my ender clone upgraded. With a Sherpa, V6, and linear rail I print other accessories with same plastic. Used self threading five M2 16mm and a 3mm and 10mm screw to mount fans and nozzle. v6 plug https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6050408 slide on dual fan mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6250296 angled part cooling mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6250399 nozzle: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6272766 8$ Pancake stepper 42-23 https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805320783668.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.11.3e9d1802NfRuWD&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa 5$ V6 12V clone: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832645757508.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.83.7a341802PI5Swy&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa 6$ Titan Clone: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832782760332.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.37.7a341802PI5Swy&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa Second 30mm heat sink fan and 30mm blower fan are cheaper on amazon in packs of 2-3 are priced cheaper than Ali Ёж, \ Important: some generic fans put out 1/2 to 1/4 the as much as the good brands. for 30mm blower fan , it's more important to pay attention to the specs. If you care about your part colling , You want to buy: a daul ball bearing, brushless 12V .09A 95,000rpm 185CFM, 50,0000hr life. If your like me and and you rarely print any filament that needs a coolng fan, then the cheap fans may be ok for the occasionally petg
