H0 torpedo car rolanfer (liege basin 2003-2011 version)
Description
Another variation of the rolanfer charleroi torpedo car! probably the most iconic version as this is how it ran in the last couple of years of hot metal transport around Liege. In 2003 these cars got the typical lid opening and closing mechanism on top, which looks pretty cool and was also a bit spicy to construct. I tried to keep it simple though. In the very final years of service the doors on the motor end house were removed and a pair of shutters were installed for access to the ladle tilt mechanism behind. You can choose the motor house file for doors or for shutters as I've modelled both.
