ResMed AirSense 10 Filter Door
Description
A replacement for the ResMed AirSense 10 filter door. This is modeled after the OEM door. It's not a perfect match, but it is close enough and in my testing, works fine. The fit is a little fidgety, and prints need a little light sanding on the door pegs. Model has small tolerances, and is intended to be printed on a 4k (or higher resolution) resin printer. Suggest using Anycubic tough resin, as the flexibility will help keep the pegs from breaking. If using FDM, you may want to scale down by around 2% to compensate for the layer line offset. Unless your printer is well calibrated, be prepared to sand it down. You can either use the included 3MF, or you can log in to Onshape and search for "ResMed AirSense 10 Filter Door" to make adjustments.
