Labyrinth Puzzle with Fast Closure

Labyrinth Puzzle with Fast Closure

Description

There are already some labyrinth puzzle here. But all have the disadvantage that you have to solve the puzzle backwards to close. Therefore, I have come up with a solution in which the runner pin is extended only after closing the cap. The pin is then locked in this state and can only be reset after the puzzle has been solved. ### Labyrint-Base1.stl I modified the maze often shown here and made it a bit more difficult, especially at the beginning with a continuous ring. The shape can of course be used as a base for your own labyrinths. I printed in 0.2mm layer height. ### Cap.stl Forms the base of the cap, also printed in 0.2mm ### Slider.stl This part is the closure part for the glider pin. Together with a spiral spring (e.g. from a ballpoint pen), it locks the glider pin in position. Print in 0.1mm layer height so that the details are printed cleanly. ### Glider.stl The core piece is this glider pin. It follows the paths of the maze. Since the details are very important here, the layer height should also be max. 0.1mm. ### Lockring.stl This ring presses the glider pin into its end position when turned and locks the cap in the labyrinth base. Before final assembly, make sure that it moves smoothly. Print at 0.2mm layer height. ### End ring.stl It is glued to the cap last during assembly and holds the mechanism together. Again, print in 0.1mm. The only additional thing needed is a spiral spring. I used a relatively strong spring with 3.3/4.5 x 14mm, but a spring from a ballpoint pen should also work.
