Bontrager City Trunk Bag Rail Clip

The M5 x 16mm screw on my bag came loose and lost the clip and the bag on a ride recently when I hit a bump and the clips were loose enough to release from rail. The bag and its contents were returned to me by a good Samaritan who found it on the street. But with one clip missing and no replacement parts. I used the remaining clip to model a replacement. With a new 5mm x 16mm screw (If you can't find one, you can use one from the studs for the water bottle cage on most bikes) Printed from PETG and oriented layer lines vertically. Have to use a little bit of support material, but can be cleaned up easily. This clip is just as strong and flexible enough as the original. Been using for almost 150 mi with loaded bag and still good.
