Earthdome from Babylon 5
Description
My model for Earthdome based on shots of it from Babylon 5 series and movies. Earthdome is a complex in Geneve, Switzerland. It hosts Earth Alliance political and military headquarters. It was briefly shown in a number of episodes of the show and in the movie "In the Beginning". This model includes the main dome-shaped structure, the Senate building, adjacent building, and the wall against the Lake Geneve. Earthdome is not a domed city as evidenced by the fly-over of a Whitestar fleet in season 4 episode "Rising Star". Thanks to Timothy Earls who published a top-down roof plan and real estate art around the complex. Some screenshots from the show and movie "In the Beginning" is attached to assist in a paint job. Intended for FDM printing. Extrude thin parts and scale before printing.
