HP MicroServer Gen8 SSD mount for ODD bay
Description
This adapter perfectly fits your 2.5" SATA SDD in the HP MicroServer Gen8 optical drive bay. Two M3x7 or M3x8 screws are required to fix the drive in the adapter. The adapter friction fits existing mount points designed to keep ODD in place, no additional fixtures are required. For SATA power I used a hand-made adapter from a SATA power cable cut from another PC PSU with a 4-pin header soldered to it. Always check polarity when connecting!
