eta Quest 3 Wall mount (repost due to illegal takedowns)

People I design models for you that are functional and have a nice design; not the scum who have no imagination and steal other peoples work, or do not give credit and are maliciously restricting what you can have. Note the following has been reported to the feds, along with everyone involved which was instigated by Aaron95 who remixed my model and would not give credit. Him and or his clan have now done three ILLEGAL takedowns which required them to lie. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6321599 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6320617 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6264436 Note that on Redit he aaron95 who goes by aaronAZ623 slanders my name and reputation and incites hatred against me, of which he lies in the process. Oh and as for the license change, this is a new listing, so a quirk in the system. A bit of background, I was looking for a model to mount my quest 3 headset and couldn’t find one that I liked. This one was close to the what I wanted https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6264436 but it had some issues so I decided to make my own that has a similar function to the one listed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6318501 I guess the mistake was that I decided to leave a comment on the guy's post letting him know of the issues that I came across in his model in case he wanted to improve his own. This spawned him losing his shit (his comments here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6264436/comments) and now he is sending me constant spam comments on my post trying to claim my work as his own (lucky thingiverse is removing his comments on my post). Now he found my info off site and is threatening me about how he is going to sue. Does he have any ground with this claim? Edit: Even though it sounds like he has no claim, I have decided to add a link to his model in my description claiming inspiration and changed my creative commons license to match his. It sounds like this should satisfy the Creative Commons - Attribution - Share Alike license even if it was a direct rip (which it's not) as he claims. Edit 2: I'm removing my attribution as it looks like the users model has been removed and I have no way of referencing his work. He tipped me money via thingiverse just so he can get my email from PayPal and harass me some more. (Harass him. He created hatred on Reddit lying. Yes PayPal provided his info, but I never even contacted him there, only on Thingiverse. However he now has a whole lot of people slandering me, and more because of his blatant lies.)
