Revised 5/23/2016: Fixed The Openscad. Should Customize More Reliably Now. Apologies For Not Fixing This Sooner. This Is A Derivative Of Flowb'S Iphone 5 Bike Mount. His Design Didn'T Fit My Handlebars, And Didn'T Allow For A Case. This Version Is Essentially The Same Design, But Customizable. For The Dimensions, Measure Your Phone In Its Case. The Default Values Are For An Iphone 6 (Smaller One) With A Cheapo Case From The Dollar Shop.
