Fix for Moen 90 Degree M-CORE 3-Series 2-Handle Shower Trim (UTS9011)

The [Moen 90 Degree M-CORE 3-Series 2-Handle Shower Trim (UTS9011)](https://www.moen.com/products/90-Degree/90-Degree-Chrome-M-CORE-3-Series-With-Integrated-Transfer-Valve-Trim/UTS9011) seems to have a tolerance problem, causing the handle to turn independently of the hub, until the two contact each other.
