R2D2 Motorized high detail.
Description
This is a more detailed version of gdlzsilip's motorized R2D2. I did this for my daughter and I to have close to screen accurate miniature astromechs. the dome is designed to turn with the use of a 20g mg servo made by smraza from amazon. The front and back panels are held on by 3x1mm neodymium magnets also available on amazon. So far I have redone all but the legs, not sure if I will do a full rework on them. The body has a frame and 2 panels, this was done with the intention to sand the frame for a clean fit. All parts can fit on an elegoo saturn build plate. I still need to make some internal plates for mounting the electronics. We plan to use arduino megas inside so we can have frsky s port receivers going in for control. I also need to make the assembly instructions. Print 2x of Frame ur and Projector.
