Mini ESP32 TV - Small Remix Parts

Heres some slight remixed parts based around my builds of the great Mini ESP32 TV by Megazoid. I spent some time adjusting the parts so may as well share as could be of use to some people. Theres a few different versions of the screen, some have the pin headers pre-soldered , some dont. My latest ones didnt but also have a slight taller chip on the back which means it doesnt quite go as flush. This lead to a few small issues as the 'back_holder' would push down to firmly and cause the board to compress too much for my liking or sometimes it would cause the other side to pop up too. I remixed the case slightly, the SD slot is slightly moved, plus its a little bigger so allows for a bigger range of adjustment, downside is you need to make sure you push into into the actual SD slot else it'll just go into the case! I also remixed the 'back_holder' to reduce by 0.5mm and 1mm. I found 0.5mm to be fine. Also I didnt use the speaker as I couldnt find it when initially ordering, this did mean that sometimes the board would kink up on that side leaving a gap so I designed a speaker blank to go into its place. The idea is to evenly distribute the pressure on both sides. It works for me! Obviously not needed if you have the speaker designed for it.
