Custom Laser-cut Trackmaster Revolutions Suspension Bridge
Description
As a Tomy/Trackmaster collector, I was VERY under impressed with the newer 'bridges,' and decided to make a better Sodor Suspension Bridge (or just suspension Bridge) numberless SVG is the Main Stretch, which has the holes in the underhand to hold the double-clip (STL). LaserCUT it twice (2). #1 is the downward support stretchers, and pins between the pillars and the far-side stretchers. LaserCUT it FOUR (4) times. #3 is the main pillar center, so CUT that 4 times, as it will be highly needed. #4 is the main pillar sides/covers to form the groove that the stretchers fit into as a sleeve-ish. Cut it out 4 or 8 times, depending on the thickness of the material you are using (i'm using standard wood sheets for lasercutting, so I'm only doing it 4 times) #5 and #6 are similar to #3 and #4, but shorter, with the sleeve on one side. Make these parts 4 times each, with #6 corresponding to the amount of times you cut out #4 (again, depends on thickness. #7 and #8 are the same, except for #7 has holes cut out in it to allow for the pillars to fit into it, and MAY come out in 3 pieces. Simply use #8 to line their spacing up properly. I suggest CUTting out #7 twice(2) and #8 three(3) times. #9 is the simple decorative toppers, and are optional. I prefer them, and Cut them out just once. The STL is the Double clip, which you will need 5 of. It does NOT attatch to the pillars, but to the supports underneath them. I suggest using the short iron-sided pillars at RS2 height, possibly RS3 if you are feeling brave enough. I am working on Stone Pillars for this to be printed to allow for a better look.
