Smart Door Lock Holding Fixture
Description
Holding fixture for testing smart locks. Can be used to hold a variety of smart locks. 25mm bolt mechanism diameter (standard). 41mm between screws. 54mm (2 1/8") primary door hole. 60mm (2 3/8" backset). Fake door thickness 35mm (1 3/8"). Treat the unit as "a door". Tested extensively with Aqara U100. Should fit most smart locks with no trouble. Has two optional printable feet (see pics), which are snug fit in slots on the bottom. Bolt plate can be attached with 8mm-10mm M5 screws through holes that have captive M5 nuts. There are two slots on the front to insert the M5 nuts down to the channel for screw holes. Full design has: - 1x Door Lock Holder - 2x Door Lock Holder Feet Has "TCV" initials on the front, and then a number of dots. The number of dots is the revision (1 dot == Rev 1).
