Baofeng UV-5R charging circuit case This case is putting on Baofeng radio and battery and let add circuits to charging battery from USB. Really annoying than baofeng used chargind dock as only option to charge, so I wanted to make my UV-5R charge from USB. You can use any modules to charge, this case only helps you hide it. To charge battery you have to put 8.4V and limit current. In my case I used step-up module, set it to 8.3V (for safety) and limited current with 5 Ohm resistance. Be careful to use resistance with enough power rating. Needed about 1-2W resistance. There's no additional mounts to fix modules inside, so use glue to it. Take note, this thing will fix battery and make it non quickly replaceable. Optimized for FDM printing Made for model: Baofeng UV-5R may be compatible with others, I dont know Screws recommended: 2mm thick x 7mm length
