Element RC Knightrunner Shallow Skid Plate, Floorboard Extension & Cable Tie Base
Description
I didn't like the rather upright original skid plate, so I designed my own that the bumper pins pass through and tucks up under the bumper to provide the shallowest possible approach angle. For trail driving I prefer a rather less nose heavy weight distribution so I fitted my battery tray using the stock mount behind the transmission. The floorboard extensions are to stop mud collecting in the rear of the cab section. And finally in order to keep my wires up off the driveshaft I made a little cup with slots in as a cable tie base to fit on the righthand gearbox screw.
