Ender 3 (the OG ender) Y Brace

Coming from the land that brought you the Ender 3 Pro / V2 Y brace comes the mostly new Y brace for the OG ender 3...! cough... on a more serious note I have adapted upon special request to adapt my Y brace for the original ender 3. using an overlapping design in the centre to minimise space used and reduce the number of extra fixings required to install. a small cut out was required to allow easy access to the USB port. it simply helps to give the Y axis more rigidity by bracing it off the front of the base frame so helping your beloved printer to perform at its best! i have arranged the print file to sit on an ender 3 bed so simply download, upload it to your slicer of choice and print! additional parts required to fit this mod are... 1 x M4x18mm socket head screw 1 x M4 slide nut the original button head screws should be fine for affixing to the front base frame but if you want a more solid fixing then you can add... 4 x M5x10mm button heads as this is a structural part i tend to go with a solid print so setting are thus... 5 top and bottom 4 perimeter 40% infill this is not a must and you can print the parts however you deem to be strong enough, but I follow the Voron structural part settings and it gives great results and parts that are very strong so they last. if you like my design please leave a like or even a review! happy printing!
