See it in action - https://youtu.be/WfHRwNTz5nA This is a heavily modified Version of Forceps for Aquarium by azure93. - I have made the body longer with the holes for handle more practical. - The joint connector operates on a slide lock mechanism so that it doesn't come out during operation. - The handles are entirely remodeled for easy handling and for hiding the spring mechanism from view. (Stl include two version - one with a longer wing and the other with a shorter wing to accommodate various finger size) - The finger press has been designed with a screw cap to cover the inner steel pusher and to lock it securely inside the steel pipe. Hardware needed - 1. Steel Pipe - 5mm diameter 2. Steel rod / hardened steel - 1mm / 1.5mm diameter 3. one 6.5 mm Spring Assembly - Connect the Steel pipe to the body and the handle as shown in the picture. You can use Superglue to secure it in place. you can use any filament of 1.75 mm diameter to fasten the claw mechanism joints. I used soldering iron to flatten the ends. The screw need to be inserted in the handle, Any excess to the rod is snipped away and covered with the cap.
