Wasp Fangs Quad 5015 - adjustable cooling system for Neptune 3 Pro - part 2

Description

This is my V3 design of more efficient and quiet cooling system for Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro based on 5015 blowing turbo fans. I named it "Wasp Fangs Quad" for its shape proximity to the head of dangerous but very useful insect - Yellow Jacket Wasp. Hotend cooling fangs are efficiently redirecting 5015 airflow into hotend heatsink center. Duct output side areas are widened to extend airflow flowing trough heatsink sides as well. Fangs can be opened to inspect heatshink. Print nozzle visibility angle is also significantly increased with this design. NOTE: printhead alignment sensor need to be remounted from stock brace. I'm using custom cut metal plate, but it will be easy to design printable mount later. All components are designed to be minimalistic and easy printable (at least when using EN3P) with no support or minimal 80 degree overhangs support. Printed all parts with 0.2 resolution and 100mm/s, pausing print manually to switch colors. System consists of: Part 1 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6383158 - 2x 5015 turbo blowing fans - 2x part cooling ducts, attachable to 5015 fans (no mount needed) - RIGHT side file is included, for printing LEFT one - mirror model in slicer. - 2x part cooling fans mount for dual 5015 fans, requires 2x M4*30mm bolts and 2x M4 nuts Part 2 - 2x 5015 turbo blowing fans - 2x hotend cooling ducts, also attachable to 5015 fans (no mount needed), LEFT duct model is included, to print RIGHT one simply mirror model in slicer - 1x hotend dual 5015 fans top mount, requires 2x M4*30 bolts, 2x washers and 2x M4 nuts. Currently attaching top mount with double-adhesive tape, plan to update it soon. I'm typically running all four 5015 fans at 50% power using EN3P UI and also buck converter for reducing voltage of hotend cooling. It's more efficient than stock cooling and MUCH more quiet.
