Mustang S550 Ecoboost Turbo Flutter Plug
Description
The plug blocks the stock recirculating system from the turbo back into the intake piping. This causes turbo flutter when letting off of the throttle because the turbo is still spinning, but the throttle body is closed. The plug forces the still incoming air into the turbine of the turbo, which is what makes the flutter noise. On a larger turbo making more boost, this would be bad for the turbo. The ecoboost uses a relatively small turbo not running that much boost, so it really doesn't affect it at all. IMPORTANT-Print the part out of high heat and warp resistant materials. I printed mine out of easy nylon, and it has spent over 4 months in my engine bay without deforming.
