Description
Standard size paddle (250mm x 150mm). Handle is 100mm tall including overlap with blade. Handle is 36mm x 24mm at the base, and gently tapered. For the frame, use a stiff filament like PLA, at 25-40% infill For the rubber, use a flexible filament like TPU at 25% infill with no top layer - this creates a spongy surface for spinning the ball. The handle can be printed with various materials, and PLA works fine. It should be printed upright with the slot pointing up. The handle will friction-fit without glue, but glue can improve stiffness. The rubber will definitely need to be glued. CA (super) glue, PU (gorilla) glue, and other strong glues should work.
