Anycubic Mono 2 Fep Film Tray
Description
FEP Film Tray for use with the Anycubic Mono 2 Resin Printer so that you can use any universal Fep Film instead of the proprietary film assembly they sell. Realized when I went to change the FEP Film on my Anycubic Mono 2 that they used a proprietary assembly for that. I had already purchased replacement film that I thought would work and didn't want to wait, or spend the money, to order the 'correct' part. Searched and couldn't find one already that would work, so made my own. Used with original hardware and Vat Tray. Used a universal Fep Film that you cut down to size. I have a laser, although its a diode laser, and used that, with the SVG, to mark the holes. The diode laser wont cut the fep film due to the wavelength of the diode laser light passing through, but was able to mark the location of the holes. Have attached the SVG file and Top and Bottom assembly tray STL's. The top tray has the countersunk holes. Printed the parts on a standard FDM printer using the below settings. I used PETG+, but would work just fine with PLA or another, non flexible, filament I feel.
