Description

This Cockpit For The Ranger Ex Supports A Finwing 390 Pan Tilt, And Has A Shelf System For The Electronics. I Fit A Vector And A Tornado/Cyclops Without Issue. This Design Will Be Evolving But It Already Works Perfectly As Is. Cut This From 3Mm Ply, Screw And Glue. Do A Dry Fit First And Figure Out Your Glue Order; It'S Less Messy That Way. Shim The Back With Some Foam As Needed. Update: We'Ve Used This On A Number Of Rangers Now And Its A Hit. Use The Tall Posts So It Clears The Servo. Also You Will Want To Tidy Up The Holes With A File Depending On What Bit Your Cnc Used. Use A Bit Of Foam To Shim.
