Mars 4 Max Drip Mount
Description
I'm not sure why the Mars 4 Max does not come with a drip arm, but it's essential for me to minimize the amount of resin spillage and resin that ends up in the cleaning alcohol. This arm presses over the z-axis and can be left in place during printing. Except for large prints using the majority of the print volume, the printer cover can fit over the prints while they drip. This is a remix of the Mars 4 Max and Mars 4 DLP Build Plate Drip Mount by FergyMcFerguson on printables. Changes include: -Reducing tilt angle to keep more of the build volume over the vat. -Adding a small front to back tilt to encourage dripping towards the rear of the vat. -Adjusting the arm location to be more centered front to back over the vat. -Adjusting the arm dimensions to more easily accept the build plate. -Adding a small detent to let the build knob lock the plate from falling off.
