DIYHue signe table and floor lamps (for smaller printers)
Description
This is a remix of Ayanev's DIYHue signe table and floor lamps design. That design and implementation was almost perfect and the only reason I dared remix this was out of shear necessity. You see, my printer has a max height of 9” (229 mm). This made printing the cover and the base of the floor lamp impossible if I wanted to do so in the proper (vertical) orientation. So I split the bodies in half. But I also made the cover male/female to ensure a tight and perfect fit with little waste. Adhesive is completely optional. The LED profile supports should be super glued together. In my opinion, no post processing is needed at all! I absolutely LOVE these lamps. Ive made several to put in different rooms. Hope this helps make this great design accessible to more people.
