Milling bit fan remix
Description
This is a remix of the 1/8" milling bit fan, originally from hanndoddi (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2715023). The following changes has been made: - Decreased 1/8" bit hole diameter from the original from 3.6mm to 3.2mm - still slightly oversized but my printer prints this smaller. I still use a 3mm drill bit to drill the hole out and then install onto the bit by screwing it on - Increased the fin thickness from 0.43mm to 1mm - Added a raised portion to the fins and a recess in the fin surround to attempt to draw in more air from the top - Added a draft to the fin surround and mounting interface - Probably got carried away at some point with the aesthetic (hopefully functional) modifications - Intended as a blower fan towards the bit for my Dremel that spins counter clockwise when viewed from the bit end. If you need to alter the direction of the air, simply mirror the part and then print. - Tested and works good. Air is blown onto the bit end and the working area is clear of dust with my MDF cutting test. Prints longer than the original. I like to use a fine resolution and 100% infill (not that the infill should make a difference in print time considering the thin wall thicknesses everywhere). No supports needed. Feel free to modify as you wish.
